We commissioned Lyon Local Gov in March this year. They managed to identify £1m pa of new income even after we'd hiked a lot of our SFC's up by almost 10%.
They have produced clear content, useful tools, benchmarking, support and challenge for the heads of service and finance. Not one person has had a bad thing to say about them. Often at people at PCC have felt like they have had 'reviews' done to them, but the approach they took was very collaborative, their work culture is exceptional.
I've felt informed and communicated with throughout the process. We adapted approach to our weekly catch ups/communication throughout the programme, so they are incredibly flexible to what the client needs.
